5-6 mint leaves (or 10 small ones)
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons demerara sugar
100 g fresh raspberries
Ice, to taste
Add the mint, lime juice, lime (thinly sliced), the raspberries and sugar to a cocktail glass. Mix well. Add the Rocca dei Forti Le Cuvée Moscato and the ice. Garnish with a few mint leaves.
